Account Registration & Management

Providing false or misleading information at registration is a breach of these Terms and will result in account termination.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your fe 777 account credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. fe 777 will never ask for your password by email, phone, or through any channel other than the official login page at fe777.world. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact fe 777 support immediately so that the account can be secured.

• Account verification (KYC): fe 777 may request Know Your Customer (KYC) documents at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your CNIC, a recent utility bill confirming your address, or a photograph of your payment card. Withdrawal requests will not be processed for accounts where KYC verification is outstanding.
• Account suspension: fe 777 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time if these Terms are breached, if fraudulent activity is suspected, or if any information provided at registration is found to be inaccurate. Suspended accounts will not be able to place bets or request withdrawals until the matter is resolved.
• Dormant accounts: Accounts that have had no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. fe 777 will contact you before applying any dormancy policy, and any balance in a dormant account remains yours and will be returned upon account reactivation.
• Account closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting fe 777 support. Any remaining balance will be returned to your verified payment method within 7 business days, subject to all pending verification requirements being met.

Every bonus or promotional offer is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, time limits, and eligible game restrictions. These specific terms are communicated at the time the bonus is offered and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.
